Our services:

1. Initial reuse assessment

This includes the review and analysis of existing documentation (drawings, manufacturing records, inspection reports, etc.) and verification of documentation through site visits and visual inspection.

2. Development of testing strategy

We develop project-tailored strategies to verify material strength on-site through a combination of non-destructive and limited destructive tests (core drillings).

If required, we support you in ordering full-scale tests with our partners at FORCE Technology and the Danish Technological institute.

3. Reuse assessments according to DS/INF 671:2025

We test and document concrete properties on-site (testing with rebar scanner, ground-penetrating radar, Schmidt-hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity, corrosion measurements, etc.) which can also be carried out on buildings in operation. We offer reports with detailed results from all steps, statistical analysis and lifetime calculations as well as material passports that summarize the results in a comprehensive format.
