No product responsibility 

circrete does not act as a distributor, manufacturer, or supplier under EU construction product regulations or national building law.

 

No technical certification 

It is the sole responsibility of the user (buyer or planner) to obtain all necessary assessments, approvals or certifications from recognized experts or authorities before using any listed component in construction works.

 

Disclaimer of Liability 

The platform excludes any liability for:

• Misstatements, omissions or inaccuracies in listings, 

• Any damage resulting from the use, reuse or integration of reclaimed components, 

• Non-performance or defects of the traded components.
